Full pricing is on Pricing. Here is how plans work inside the app.

Free

• Limited quotes and invoices per month (resets on the 1st; the dashboard shows how many you have left).
• Full quote engine, overhead setup, PDFs, client portals, bank details, Stripe Connect card pay (when you connect Stripe), and emailing clients.
• Company logo on quote and invoice PDFs; automated quote-expiry emails when a sent quote has a validity date and client email.
• Automated invoice payment reminders when enabled on an invoice (due soon, due today, and overdue).
• Compliance certificates (CP12, EICR, PAT, custom, and more) — not counted against quote or invoice limits.
• Up to 2 saved payment schedule presets.
• Optional email sign-in codes (MFA) for your account.

Pro

• Unlimited quotes and invoices — no monthly cap.
• Unlimited saved payment schedule presets.
• Same optional email sign-in codes (MFA) as Free.

Trial and payment

Eligible users may start a Pro trial from the subscription area. When a trial ends, billing continues according to the plan you chose unless you cancel in the billing portal. Use Manage subscription (or equivalent) in the app to open Stripe for payment methods, receipts, and cancellation.
