Clients, materials, and quote presets

Quotimiser keeps reusable data in the sidebar so you do not retype the same clients and line items on every job.

Clients

Open Clients to save customer contact details, notes, and optional next job date. When you create a quote or invoice, pick a saved client or enter new details. Tick Save to my client library to create or update the record. Linked quotes and invoices show in the client detail view with spend summaries.

Materials library

Materials stores parts you buy often (for example pipe, cable, consumer units) with unit, cost, trade discount, and markup defaults. On the quote Materials step, use Load from library then adjust quantity or price for that job.

Labour rate presets

Labour rates holds named rates (qualified, apprentice, subcontractor) with cost, markup, and employee vs contractor (employer NIC applies to employees). Select a preset on each labour line.

Tool hire presets

Tool hire stores hire rates (daily, hourly, weekly, or fixed) with markup. Pick a preset on the Tools step when building a quote.
