Compliance renewals by property

Open Compliance by property from the Certificates page to see issued records grouped by installation address — saved properties, invoice job addresses, or the address on the certificate form.

Status colours

• Current — valid certificate with no imminent expiry.
• Expiring soon — expiry within 60 days (book the revisit).
• Expired — past the valid-until date; issue a renewal when work is complete.

Start a renewal

Use New certificate on a property row to open the type picker with client or site context already set. When you started from an invoice, the certificate detail and edit screens can return you to that invoice after save or issue.

Expiry reminders

Quotimiser emails your account email address at 60 days and 14 days before a certificate's expiry date. Clients are not emailed automatically — you decide when to contact them. Reminders are skipped if the certificate is voided or superseded by a renewal.
